Harriman Point in Brooklin, Maine, was formerly a private deer-hunter's game preserve. His daughter gifted it to the Island Heritage Trust in 2016 and it's a favorite hiking destination. The usually tranquil waters of Blue Hill Bay on this September day were roiled by Hurricane Jose, somewhere out to sea. I owe thanks to Colin Page for helping me liven my color palette with the addition of Winsor Blue and Alizarin Yellow.
